Scope

These terms apply to harpmail.app and the Harp waitlist. The Harp apps have separate terms.

This website

Harp is not yet released. Features, prices and dates may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

The waitlist

Free and without obligation. One address per person. Automated or abusive entries may be removed.

Founding members

The first 100 people to join and confirm their email. When the beta opens, each is notified by email and has 3 days to activate; otherwise the place passes to the next person in line. Founding members receive beta access and three months of Harp free in place of the 14 day trial, starting the day Harp opens to the public. Places are personal and have no cash value.

Prices

In US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. The final price is shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Harp logo and the design and content of this site belong to dymn.io LLC.

Liability

This site is provided as is. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
