Scope

This policy applies to harpmail.app and the Harp waitlist. The Harp apps have a separate policy.

• Email address
• Devices selected
• Sign up date and repeat submissions
• Confirmation date and position on the list
• Founding member status and related dates
• Delivery failures and spam reports

Purpose

To confirm addresses, announce the beta, administer Founding member places and measure demand per device. Data is not sold, rented or used for advertising.

Processors

Hostinger (hosting) and Postmark (email delivery). Data may be stored in the United States, the European Union or other countries.

Cookies and tracking

None for visitors. No analytics. Emails contain no tracking.

Network addresses

Kept in hashed form for up to 24 hours to prevent abuse. The host keeps standard server logs.

Retention

Until you leave the list, or until the waitlist closes after launch. At launch the list may move to Harp's servers, under the Harp privacy policy.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and objection, on request to hello@dymn.io, answered within 30 days. Every email includes a link to leave the list, which deletes your data at once. Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom may also contact their data protection authority.

Legal basis

Consent, which you may withdraw at any time by leaving the list.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

Material changes are announced by email to people on the list.
